her Approach

Smiita’s sustainable and personalized approach is rooted in a simple belief: Health is not built

through restriction — it is built through balance.

Rather than following generic plans, she works with each individual to understand how their body functions — taking into account age, physiology, lifestyle, emotional health, and personal goals.

Her work integrates physiology, functional nutrition, fitness science, and breathwork, creating a

system that supports the body at multiple levels.

The focus is not just weight loss, but building a body that is:

Metabolically Stable

Resilient to Stress

Well-nourished

Sustainable in Real Life

Her Work

Smiita works with clients across India and globally, supporting them through:

  • weight loss/gain and fat loss & Body composition change

  • metabolic health concerns

  • digestive and gut-related issues

  • midlife and hormonal changes

  • energy, sleep, and lifestyle balance

She also collaborates with doctors, healthcare professionals, and fitness experts to provide a more integrated and supportive approach to health.

Her corporate workshops are consistently well received across both small and large organisations, where she brings practical, science-based health strategies into real-world settings.

A Personal Note

As a mother of two and someone who manages multiple roles, Smiita understands that health cannot be built in isolation from real life.

This perspective shapes her work—keeping it practical, simple, and sustainable across life phases.

Her philosophy is not about doing more, but about doing what works — consistently.

Her Philosophy

Health is not about pushing the body harder.

It is about helping the body function better. Consistently.
