" Being a foodie, I was always apprehensive to begin with any kind of change in my diet as I was sure that I will not be able to follow it at all. I was scared of failing at it miserably. However, now in my 30s it was extremely essential that I find some discipline and focus on my health. Smiita Ma'am made this journey like a cake walk. She customized a special nutrition plan for me, after taking into consideration my eating habits, cravings and work schedule. Her plan was very sustainable and most importantly something that I could easily manage in my busy schedule.
